By Strength

The strength of the coffee is linked to the roasting temperature and is not a measure of caffeine content. We group our coffees into strong, medium and mild roasts. Our strong coffees are roasted dark, at 240 degrees or above. Our mild coffees are roasted more lightly (under 220 degrees) and may therefore better suit a filter style coffee with a longer brewing process. Our medium coffees slot nicely in between.
