    Our Ozanne decaffeinated coffee is produced using the mountain water process. The ultra pure water is sourced from the tallest mountain in Mexico, Pico de Orizaba. This process removes most the caffeine, but leaves the majority of the other flavour chemicals intact, resulting in an authentic coffee.
